Die Creme ist gut. Der Dosierspender ist aber sehr mühsam, da muss man sehr oft drücken, bis was raus kommt. Funktioniert nur in den ersten 10 Tagen gut!

What is covered under the product warranty?
SBT only sells products with full confidence. If you are dissatisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we have received the return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the chosen payment method.
Any discounts received will be voided upon return.
How can you return an order?
- A return request can be submitted via the contact form.
- A return must be requested. If this has not been done but the product has been returned, we unfortunately cannot process the return.
- Ensure that the contact form is filled out as completely as possible, including the order number and product name.
- Pack the products in such a way that they can be shipped without damage. Include the invoice or packing slip. If you no longer have these, please note your details, the order number, and the product name.
- Keep the shipping receipt you receive when you drop off your package. Without this shipping receipt, we may not be able to refund the purchase amount if the item is lost.
- If you received a free gift/product with your order and you return your order, we kindly ask that you also return the free gift/product. If you keep the free gift/product, we will deduct this from your refund.
- Empty products are not accepted and do not fall under the return policy.
- We do not accept returns of orders placed via third-party sellers.
