Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Netherlands, Belgium & Germany

• Free Shipping: Orders of €75.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of €4.95 applies to orders under €75.00.

Delivery Time:
Orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM CET will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or during weekends will be processed the following business day.

Other European Countries

• Free Shipping: Available for orders of €150.00 or more.
• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of €12.00 applies to orders under €150.00.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary by country but are typically between 3–7 business days.

North America (Canada & US)

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of €17.50 applies to all orders.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery to North America typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM CET on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through our delivery partner.

International Customs & Duties

Please note that for international shipments, additional customs or import duties may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
