Customer Service Representative

We are SBT Cosmetics, a skincare brand known for our innovative approach and high-quality products. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Binnendienst Representative to support our customers and collaborate daily with the sales team to drive the success of our brand.

What will you do?
In this role, you will play a key role in our organization. You will ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support the sales team with:

• Customer service: Answering inquiries and assisting customers via phone and email in German, English, and Dutch.
• Order processing: Handling, checking, and following up on orders to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Relationship management: Maintaining customer contacts and supporting the sales department with administrative tasks.
• Daily sales support: Coordinating appointments, processing customer information, and ensuring the sales team can perform at their best.
• Coordination: Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting: Keeping records and preparing reports to support internal processes.

What do you bring?

• Excellent proficiency in German, English, and Dutch (required).
• Completed MBO4 or HBO education, preferably in a commercial, administrative, or customer-oriented field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• A customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a structured, precise way of working.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably CRM or ERP systems.
