About SBT Cosmetics
We are SBT Cosmetics, a skincare company known for our innovative approach and premium products. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to primarily support retailers in Germany and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.
What will you do?
As Sales Manager Germany, you will be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing retail partners in Germany and the Netherlands.
• Identifying growth opportunities and expanding our customer base.
• Achieving sales targets and analyzing sales results.
• Representing SBT Cosmetics at trade fairs and other events in Germany and the Netherlands.
• Translating customer needs into concrete sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing and product team.
You will frequently travel in Germany (and the Netherlands), so traveling will be an essential part of your daily work.
What do you bring?
• A completed Bachelor's degree in sales or a cosmetics-related field.
• Fluency in German (required) and a good command of English and Dutch.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• A proactive, independent, and results-driven attitude.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for frequent travel; you enjoy driving.
• A valid category B driving license (required).
